Ordering & Payment

 

  1. What payment options are available at www.NightHawkSolar.com?
  • Orders from www.NightHawkSolar.com can be paid for with:

 

  • Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, or American Express)

 

  • PayPal (you can PayPal funds to payment@NightHawkSolar.com)

 

 

  1. Will my credit card be charged immediately when I place an order?

 

  • No. Your credit card will not be charged until your package has physically left our facility.

 

  1. What's the cutoff time for you to ship my order on the same day?

 

  • Monday through Friday, we ship all orders on the SAME day if we receive the order before 3:00 pm EST.

 

  1. Can I cancel my order?

 

  • If your order has not been shipped, we can cancel your order. If it has been shipped, it will then become a “return”. Returns will receive a full refund, minus a $2.00 processing fee.

 

  1. Can I add more items to my order after my order is already placed?

 

  • Yes. Send us an e-mail at info@NightHawkSolar.com or call 800-765-6506. If you contact us quickly before we ship your order, we can add or remove items from your order.

 

  1. I want to send an order as a gift to someone. Can you leave out the invoice?

 

  • Sure thing! We'll even include a special note for you. Just let us know in the "Customer Notes" section during the checkout process.

 

  1. Shipping: Does NightHawkSolar.com ship to my country?

 

  • We are building our list of countries we ship to as we go. If your country is not included on our ship-to list, please e-mail us at paypal customercare@NightHawkSolar.com and include your country. Ultimately, our goal is to ship to any country in the world that has a functioning postal service.

 

  1. How much do you charge for shipping, and how soon will my package arrive?

 

  • Please see our shipping information page. It details everything regarding our shipping standards and policies.

 

  1. I see a "Pick Up" option in the drop-down menu of shipping options during checkout. What does that mean?

 

  • You can pick up your orders here at NightHawk Marketing, if you live in or near Palm Coast, Florida. Select this shipping option and be charged nothing for shipping!

 

  • Please contact us to make an appointment prior to picking up your order.

  1. How will I know when you've shipped my order?

 

  • After you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail at the e-mail address you provided in your profile. After we ship your order, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. If there are any issues regarding your order, then we will contact you directly.
